Do you offer prescription lens services?
Yes! Most of our frames are prescription-ready. You can upload your valid prescription during the checkout process, and our lab will custom-fit high-quality lenses into your chosen frames.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all non-prescription eyewear. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom prescription lenses are final sale.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for our lab to process and craft your custom lenses.
